We have recently launched a WhatsApp store to help you keep your baby’s shopping in your fingertips, literally! WhatsApp store makes it so easy that you don’t have to download an app, or visit a website, everything is done in WhatsApp!

2. How do I know you are legit?

With a lot of fraudulent transactions happening everywhere, we understand the apprehension. Soon after the order is placed, you will receive a call from Timios team confirming your order and the ETA. Every transaction at Timios is completely secured with high level encryption.

3. Is it possible to cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order in our WhatsApp store and the website.

4. Is there cash on delivery option?

With the current COVID situation we are refraining from accepting COD, for your safety.

5. Can I change the address in WhatsApp after I have placed the order?

Yes, address change is possible in WhatsApp, provided the change request is placed before 10:00 AM the following day. In addition to this, request you to reach out to the customer service department for quicker response.

6. Where do I track my order?

An airway bill number will be shared with you, through which the order can be tracked.

7. Will I get an email for my order?

A copy of the invoice will be sent to your WhatsApp number. A mail can be sent upon request.

8. How do you confirm my order?

The order is confirmed as soon as the payment goes through

9. How many days does it take for refund to be processed??

Refund will be processed in 7 working days.

10. How do I return the product if I’m not happy?

Raise a return request on WhatsApp for the order placed along with the order number.

11. In how many days is the order delivered?

The order is typically delivered the next day. However, if your location is in the outskirts, we take 2 days to deliver.

12. Do you have contactless delivery?

Yes! Our customer’s safety is of utmost importance to us.

13. How safe is your product during covid?

We at Timios, take our employees and customers health seriously. Every employee’s temperature and symptoms are checked before they start working for the day, the frequently used surfaces and areas are sanitized every hour. All our employees are tracked in Arogya Setu app, to check for safety. None of our employees have a travel history nor have been in contact with a person who has travel history.

14. Do you have same day delivery?

Yes, we do have same day delivery for select locations.

15. Is it safe to use my credit card?

Yes, it is safe to transact using all payment methods, including credit card in verified payment gateway platforms such as – Razor Pay, PayPal, UPI etc.

16. How do I check stock availability?

All our products are listed based on availability only.

17. Can the same WhatsApp store be used outside India?

Yes, the same WhatsApp store can be used anywhere in world to order. We deliver PAN India. However, if the delivery is requested for a location outside India, additional deliver charges will be applied.

18. What other charges are levied on the invoice, other than GST?

If applicable, delivery charges will be added to the invoice. Additional charges for gift wrapping, special delivery will be charged extra.
