HOW TO MAKE MULTI MILLET DOSA
Step 1: Take 1 cup of Timios Dosa Mix and add 1 cup of water and ½ cup of yogurt. (Yogurt can be replaced with water or milk too)
Step 2: Mix well to form a smooth batter without lumps.
Step 3: Warm a flat non-stick pan to medium heat. Pour the batter onto the heated pan and cook well on both sides.
Dosa can served with chutney, cheese, freshly cooked vegetables or any fruit jam of your choice.
