Method:
- Add a cup of Apple Pancake mix in a bowl and pour ½ cup of lukewarm milk and mix into a fine batter without lumps. Ensure the consistency of the batter is not too runny.
- Heat the pan and add 1 tsp of butter. Ensure the pan is hot enough for a drop of water to sizzle. Pour a ladle of batter on the pan and cook it in medium flame till it puffs up and becomes golden brown
- Flip the pancake just once, till it turns brown.
- Transfer it to a plate, add any of the toppings available and serve hot.
