Ingredients for Pancakes

Apple Pancake Mix1 cup
Milk1/2 cup
1 TSPButter

Ingredients for Pancake Toppings

Honey, Maple Syrup, Peanut Butter, Chocolate Sauce and Freshly cut seasonal fruits


  1. Add a cup of Apple Pancake mix in a bowl and pour ½ cup of lukewarm milk and mix into a fine batter without lumps. Ensure the consistency of the batter is not too runny.
  2. Heat the pan and add 1 tsp of butter. Ensure the pan is hot enough for a drop of water to sizzle. Pour a ladle of batter on the pan and cook it in medium flame till it puffs up and becomes golden brown
  3. Flip the pancake just once, till it turns brown.
  4. Transfer it to a plate, add any of the toppings available and serve hot.
